This security lock out feature gives company Directors’ and Sales Managers direct access to view all components of the database that can be altered to suit the needs of the users.
OFI Schedules
Agent’s can be accurate with open inspections that can be entered and automatically set for a specific period 2,3 or 4 week campaign, calendaring dates and scheduling them into the Agent’s diary. If one week between a set campaign needs to be cancelled, access is provided to override the scheduled inspections. An Inspection will never be missed.
Listing Action Plans
With the use of SuperAgent and without the need for an Agent to be trained as administrative employees, the Agent can access their listings and prioritise tasks to ensure that property owners are serviced. Listings can be allocated to action plans that are immediately transferred to their diary, highlighting what tasks are completed or need to be completed, and for an allocated property.

Communicating with a Seller!
Once property owner/s basic information requirements are entered, owner communication can commence by simply right clicking the mouse on the listing from the listing screen. From here the agent can allocate an action plan or the document they require, with simple mail merge technology from the owner information screen.
The allocated document or form will then be displayed and ready to print. Alterations to standard formats are also accepted.
